The Supply Chain Analyst - Global Supply Chain Integration (SCI) will be responsible for providing business process development and testing support for SCR (application) product development. This will include: Providing application specific subject matter expertise in the areas of Manugistics Planning Engine, Planning Management user interface, Demand Planning Management, Promotion Planning, Statistical Module, Forecasting Engine and KPI Reports - Reporting and Measurements; Working with business and technical teams to develop solutions for business requirements and gaps; Defining and evaluating application enhancement and modification requests; Identifying how to accommodate user requests; Working with the Master Data Management product manager on specific product enhancement requests; Coordinating testing and implementation of designs; Conducting testing to ensure functionality and capability; Creating and maintaining business specific test scripts and scenarios; Working with Product Managers to ensure proper testing requirements are included in the business requirements documentation; Contributing to conceptual and functional design reviews; and Assisting in the development of training materials and delivering the training.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, business or a related field of study; along with at least 3 years of supply planning or demand planning experience with expertise in DRP/MRP systems and concepts. Should also have strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) skills, a working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases, and DRP/MRP planning software experience. Strong skills needed in analysis, customer focus, oral & written communications, team participation, ability to work in a fast-paced/high demand environment, and be highly adaptable / flexible. We desire someone who has experience with Manugistics, is APICS certified and/or is fluent in German and/or French.

The objective for this position is to provide cost analysis, inventory and capacity management, reporting and sourcing support for the North American resin Strategic Sourcing team in support of the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities will include support for stock product sourcing of resin based food service packaging, focused on finding the best packaging solutions from stock packaging manufacturers. This position will interface with internal departments; Client Services, Promotional Operations, Product Development, Financial Analysis, Quality Assurance, Global category leads and Distribution Services. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to; Providing cost analysis for resin categories; provide SPIF requirements for resin products; assist the Resin Strategic Sourcing team with internal and external communications to customers, distributors, and internal cross functional groups; maintain supplier contract records to ensure timing of escalator/de-escalator contracts are properly executed, and/or to ensure supplier contracts are renewed at appropriate times; provide inventory analysis on the packaging items which will ensure assured supply as well as avoid inventory liabilities; analyze work flow and modify or automate processes where appropriate using tools available or developing additional tools; develop and maintain relationships and communications with internal departments, DC’s and suppliers; assist with the supply chain group and vendor to manage the benchmark freight program; manage the SQI program working with the Strategic Sourcing team; prepare supply/demand models for new product roll-outs, and provide analysis to ensure smooth product roll-outs.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field of study, along with at least 2 years of project management, inventory management and/or procurement management experience. Must have knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). The role of the Central Planner will be to manage the setup, maintenance, and exception management of the ROP Supply Planning applications and to coordinate the actions of the ROP Field Planners. Additional responsibilities will include; close alignment with the cross-functional business teams and the SCR product managers to ensure that the product and process work together to achieve expected business results; engage in all facets of the creation of restaurant order proposals (ROP); insure orders are created for all stock keeping locations managed via the ROP process; insure that the planning process is executed properly; validate manu-critical information to ensure planning process is successful; manage restaurant level safety stock strategy; resolve Manu Planning errors and facilitate the rerun of the Manu Plan processes as necessary; liaison with the SCR Product Team to log enhancement requests for process improvement; develop business processes & tools for field planning – continuous improvement; prepare and review measurement reports. Position may also require some travel to Canada and/or U.S. Distribution Centers.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, business or a related field and at least 3 years related experience in inventory management or supply planning, with expertise in DRP/MRP concepts (preferably Manugistics software experience) and a thorough understanding of supply chain operations are required. Must have strong skills with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Access) and working knowledge of SQL, Oracle Databases and direct experience with DRP/MRP planning tools. Strong customer service and analytical skills, and a superior level of communication (verbal and written) also necessary. Must be a strong team player/participator with the ability to work in a self-directed, dynamic work environment. APICS certification a plus.
